Pack light: your porter carries up to 10–12 kg of your gear in the duffel bag we provide, and you carry a 25–35 L daypack. Anything you are missing, you can rent or buy cheaply in Kathmandu.
Clothing
- Moisture-wicking base layers, 2–3 tops and 1–2 leggings
- Fleece or light insulated jacket
- Down jacket (rentable in Kathmandu)

- Water bottles or bladder, 2 L, plus purification tablets or a filter

- Sunscreen SPF 50 and lip balm
